Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Because this is a live event all sales are final and no refunds can be given if you cancel or do not show up. You can reschedule with at least 24-hour notice.

Q: What if I want only my group in the room?

Call or email us for details to book the room for only your group.

Q: I am claustrophobic, can I play?

Yes. The rooms are all reasonably sized and you will not find yourself in an enclosed space at any point. You can leave the room in the event of an emergency or in need of a bathroom break.
